Management Board

The Management Board of US-IBDC comprises distinguished members of the consortium’s management team, bringing together expertise from various fields to drive strategic initiatives and foster international business growth. Led by visionary leaders with extensive experience, the Management Group plays a pivotal role in shaping US-IBDC's direction, forging partnerships, and facilitating opportunities for businesses to thrive on the international stage. Committed to excellence and innovation, these executives collaborate closely to navigate complex challenges and leverage emerging trends, ensuring US-IBDC remains at the forefront of fostering economic development and fostering strong relationships between the United States and global markets.

Management Members

Dave Nguyen - Founder & President

Recognized for excellence at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) for 27 years, Dave Nguyen has excelled in diverse roles - from supervising technology patents to pioneering and completing the next-gen ST.26 genetics data standard applicable through WIPO - World Intellectual Property Organization. His proficiency led projects including the 12-year USPTO Biotech Externship and the 5-year Mega-Genetics Data initiatives. A recipient of the USPTO's Exceptional Career Award, Dave's dedication now shines through AASuccess social enterprise model. Central is its commercial arm, the US-IBDC - a vibrant network of AASuccess partners. Beyond US-IBDC, Dave lends insights to like-minded CEOs and future young philanthropists, devising innovative business solutions by applying 18-year philanthropic work from AASuccess. His endeavors seamlessly blend technology, business, and humanitarianism. With nuance and innovation strategy, Dave helps enterprises make transformative social impacts. Dr. Huy Q. Luu - BioHealth Operations Director

Dr. Huy Q. Luu, MD, is a distinguished medical expert with an illustrious career in the US military health system. A graduate of UCLA with a medical doctorate from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, he has vast clinical, operational and leadership experiences ranging from being the Medical Director at Mannheim Health Clinic in Germany to Commander for Brian Allgood Community Hospital in South Korea. Dr. Luu has twice been deployed to Iraq, as well as Commanding a Medical Unit in Honduras underscoring his expertise in providing medical services in austere and challenging environments. With assignments spanning Germany, Japan, Honduras, and South Korea, along with deployments to Iraq, Africa, and eastern Europe, Dr. Luu's global experience offers invaluable insights to Vietnamese healthcare specialists. As a proven leader and innovator in healthcare delivery, his expertise resonates with the goals and challenges faced by Vietnam’s current healthcare need for a future Center of Excellence for Medical Training.

Thanh Nguyen - Vietnam Director

 As one of the two Co-Founders of US-IBDC and Principal Director of AASuccess, her efforts are deeply shaped by a commitment to instilling innovation, cultural competency, and effective relationship management that advance AASuccess's mission in Vietnam. She works to empower the next generation to grow as philanthropists and innovators, nurturing them through AASuccess and its US-IBDC’s rich and diverse ecosystem. Her mission focuses on developing and maintaining a comprehensive US-Vietnamese ecosystem, including healthcare, vitality, and character-driven and like-minded AAS learners, supported by the US-IBDC business community, specialized human resource training, and innovative joint ventures. Thanh Nguyen's authentic leadership, dedication to social impact, and ability to foster high-value collaborations have made her a trusted figure among prominent CEOs, experts, and professionals, as well as the AAS family’s members. 

Cuong Le - Management Director

Cuong Le, serving as a Management Director of Viet Lotus JSC, embodies a blend of international acumen and genuine dedication to client success. Holding a Ph.D. in Mechanical & Material Science and a certificate in Educational Management, he is an alumnus of notable institutions like Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan, and Arizona State University. Cuong’s diverse portfolio spans successful real estate ventures, educational initiatives, and impactful roles in sales and investment, exemplifying his multifaceted expertise. His linguistic proficiency in Vietnamese, English, and Japanese facilitates seamless cross-border collaborations. Cuong’s commitment is not just to excellence and innovation but extends to building trustworthy relationships, reflecting integrity and a deep care for holistic development. His endeavors at Viet Lotus JSC are fueled by a passion to foster US-Vietnam trade relations, contributing to the mission of AASuccess and US-IBDC with elegance and impact.

Dr. Hoang Thu Thuy, Director of AAS DECA Integrated Medical Center

Dr. Thuy graduated from Hanoi Medical University in 2003 with a degree in General Medicine. She has many years of experience working in the community with patients suffering from chronic diseases, applying holistic medical treatment methods to restore balance between body, mind, and spirit.

This approach integrates a variety of treatments, combining modern medicine harmoniously with traditional medicine, herbal remedies, nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and more.

She is the founder and director of the first Early Cancer Diagnosis and Palliative Care Center in Hanoi (2020–2025). The second AAS DECA center advances deeper integrated medicine, becoming a hub for connection, transfer, and application of the finest practices from U.S. modern medicine, Vietnamese traditional medicine, nutritional medicine, and mindfulness–psychological therapy through specialized programs.
