Symbius – A Bold Bordeaux-Style Red Wine

This deep red wine boasts an intense blackcurrant flavor, crafted using a traditional Bordeaux winemaking formula.

  • Cabernet Sauvignon (39%) & Cabernet Franc (26%) – Both varietals contribute rich tannins and bold character, creating the signature dryness and complexity of Bordeaux reds.
  • Merlot – Softens the tannic intensity of the Cabernets, adding a smooth, fruit-forward balance with intriguing notes of black cherry, plum, and vanilla.

Perfect Pairings:

Steak, sautéed beef, roasted veal, grilled venison, and lamb chops – enhances the depth and flavors of the dishes. 

Serving Recommendation:

Chill slightly to 15-18°C (59-64°F) and let the wine breathe for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving to fully unlock its aromas and complexity. A classic, full-bodied red for those who appreciate the elegance of Bordeaux wines!

Gold Vine Dessert Wine – A Portuguese-Inspired Delight

Gold Vine Dessert Wine is a slightly sweet, indulgent creation crafted using the world-renowned Portuguese dessert wine formula. This unique blend features two exceptional grape varieties:

  •  Zinfandel – The dominant red grape, providing deep color and natural sweetness.
  • Merlot – Adds smooth complexity, aromatic depth, and a hint of tannic structure.

This Dessert Wine undergoes a fortification process with Brandy, halting fermentation to preserve 85% Zinfandel and 15% Merlot, aged for 36 months in a blend of French and American oak barrels. This process elevates the alcohol content from 13% to 18%, creating a rich and well-balanced wine.


The Brandy infusion enhances the natural aromas of Zinfandel and Merlot, resulting in a truly distinctive flavor profile. Additionally, brandy lovers, particularly those who appreciate French Cognac, will enjoy its digestive benefits, making it an excellent after-dinner choice.
