Committees of US-IBDC

Committees of US-IBDC is a directory of committees active in US-IBDC. Each committee is led by a working group that facilitate access and execution of a social business that falls within the mission and vision of US-IBDC, which works under the premise and sponsorship of its non-profit parent organization Asian American Success Incorporated (AASuccess). 

Waste-To-Energy Committee

The Waste-To-Energy Committee is a strategic alliance formed by MD Power, US International Business Development Consortium (US-IBDC), and Intercom International Development Corporation (Intercom-IDC) to advance the proprietary Rotary Steam Turbine (RST) Waste-to-Energy (WtE) technology in Asia and the US. The committee aims to create a socially impactful business by transforming waste management and energy production.


The committee focuses on exclusively advancing MD Power's RST WtE technology throughout Asia, particularly in Vietnam, by providing a complete business solution and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model for each qualified project owner. The collaboration aims to decrease pollution, diminish landfills, provide stable electricity sources, and create jobs, thus making a significant social impact.

Committee Co-Chairs

Dave Nguyen: Founder & Chairman of US-IBDC, Dave leverages his international business development skills and network to promote the technology and secure partnerships.


Mark Boswell: Founder & CEO of MD Power, Mark brings his entrepreneurial spirit and green technology expertise to lead the deployment of the RST WtE technology.


Viet Anh Nguyen: Founder & CEO of Intercom-IDC, Viet Anh provides essential consulting and lobbying services to navigate the regulatory landscape and implement the technology effectively.


Mr. Vu Duong Tao:  Founder & CEO of Tao Tuyen Electronics Telecommunication Trading Service Company Limited - Tao's entrepreneurial journey has been fueled by his unwavering commitment to sustainable practices and circular economy principles. His innovative solutions on IMOTAO not only address pressing environmental challenges but also promote resource efficiency and mitigating waste pollution in Vietnam.
